The North East portfolio is split into two: North East North and North East South.

The North East South portfolio currently comprises 41 assets, of which 40 are industrial/trade and 1 is an office scheme totalling over 1.4 million sq ft sq ft in more than 640 units.

The assets are located throughout County Durham, Teeside, and Tyne & Wear.
