LOCATION
Tudhoe Industrial Estate is situated off the B6288 Spennymoor to Durham Road in the village of Tudhoe located in County Durham. Tudhoe is approximately 5 miles south of the City of Durham, lying just outside Spennymoor and 14 miles north-west of Darlington. The town is situated to the west of the A167. The A167 links to the south with Newton Aycliffe and the A1(M). To the north it links with Durham, and the A688 links the A1(M) to the north east at Bowburn.
